1. How do I place an order?

If you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order please select your desired item(s) and add them to your shopping basket. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. You will have the option to create an account, log in to an existing account, or guest checkout. As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation.

2. What happens when I place my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. All personal and payment information will be verified. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.  After your order is received it is usually processed within 3-5 working days.

3. How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order and it is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Use the tracking number to locate your package on the shippers' website.

4. How can I amend my order?

Orders are processed very quickly. Once you have received your confirmation email, your order cannot be amended. 6. Can I change my billing address after I have placed an order?

Orders are processed very quickly. It is not possible to change your billing address once an order has been placed and you have received the order confirmation email. 8. How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following forms of payment for orders placed on Yossiharari.com:  American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Yossi Harari gift cards. These payment methods are secure. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure. Payments are managed by Bank of America Merchant Services

9. How do I purchase Yossi Harari Gift Cards?

You may purchase both physical gift cards and digital gift cards online through the Website.

10. How do I use Yossi Harari Gift cards?

Yossi Harari Gift Cards are valid as long as there is an unused balance on the Gift Card. Digital gift card balances can be checked at any time by viewing “Gift cards” in your online Yossi Harari Account. Gift Cards may not be used to purchase another Gift Card.
Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash. No change will be given when payment is made using a Gift Card and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for use in relation to future purchases.
You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your Gift Card following delivery. If you damage, destroy or lose your Gift Card or your Gift Card is stolen or used by someone else (with or without your permission), Yossi Harari shall not be liable for any loss or damage You suffer.

11. What happens if My payment has been declined?

  • Please check the card details listed in your account to ensure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.
  • Ensure that you entered the security code correctly – the three digit number on the back of your card.
  • Your payment may have been declined by your bank – please check with your bank.
  • If you’ve checked all of the above, we suggest that you try paying with another credit card.

14. For orders placed within the USA, do I need to pay Sales Tax?

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New Jersey at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of New Jersey state are not liable for sales tax.

15. For orders placed for overseas delivery, who is responsible for paying any local duties or taxes?

When you order jewelry for overseas delivery, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied when the package with the jewelry arrives at the destination that you specified. You will be responsible for any charges for customs clearance, as Yossi Harari cannot control or foresee the amount charged (if any).
