1. What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 7 days of order date, accompanied by a sales receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. See question 3 below regarding items bought using Yossi Harari Gift cards.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and returned in original packaging (Yossi Harari box and/or pouch). Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Custom orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable.  Deposits on custom orders are not refundable. The Yossi Harari Gift Cards arepurchase of Yossi Harari Gift Cards is non-returnable

2. How do I make a return/exchange?

Yossi Harari offers free complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return from a US or Canadian address. Simply complete and use the return shipping label provided with your order and then drop off your package at the nearest FEDEXshipper location/arrange home pick-up (please refer to shipping label to confirm if the shipper is UPS or FEDEX) . Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.  For any additional help or international returns, please contact customercare@yossiharari.com or call 1-855-967-7424. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of your return.

3. Can I return Yossi Harari Jewelry purchased using a gift card?

Yes, you can return Yossi Harari jewelry purchased using a gift card. For gift card returns, you will be issued a new gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned. If your original method of payment was a gift card, you will be issued a new gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned. If your original method of payment was a physical gift card, you will be mailed a new physical gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned to the original shipping address.

4. Can a gift recipient return Yossi Harari Jewelry?

If you have received an item from Yossi Harari as a gift you can of course return it for exchange. This must be done within the parameters outlined in this Return Policy. Please call us on to arrange your return.

5. How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Returns will be processed within 3 weeks of receipt of your item(s) by Yossi Harari. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

6. My Yossi Harari jewelry order has arrived and is damaged/faulty. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Please contact us at customercare@yossiharari.com  or call 1-855-967-7424 to arrange any repairs (Mon – Fri: 9AM – 5PM EST). Please ship the order back within 7 days of receipt to avoid any delays or penalties.
