1. How do I place an order?

If you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order please select your desired item(s) and add them to your shopping bag. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation.

2. What happens when I place my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. All personal and payment information will be verified. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.  After your order is received it is usually processed within 3-7 working days.

3. How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order and it is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Use the tracking number to locate your package on the shipper’s website. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

Orders are processed very quickly. It is not possible to change your billing address once an order has been placed and you have received the order confirmation email. 8. How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following forms of payment for orders placed on Yossiharari.com:  American Express, Visa and MasterCard. These payment methods are secure. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure. Payments are managed by  Pay Pal Services

9. How do I purchase Yossi Harari Gift Cards?

10. How do I use Yossi Harari Gift cards?

Yossi Harari Gift Cards are valid as long as there is an unused balance on the Gift Card.  
Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash. No change will be given when payment is made using a Gift Card and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for use in relation to future purchases.
You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your Gift Card following delivery. If you damage, destroy or lose your Gift Card or your Gift Card is stolen or used by someone else (with or without your permission), Yossi Harari shall not be liable for any loss or damage You suffer.

11. What happens if My payment has been declined?
  • Please check the card details listed in your account to ensure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.
  • Ensure that you entered the security code correctly – the three-digit number on the back of your card.
  • Your payment may have been declined by your bank – please check with your bank.
  • If you’ve checked all of the above, we suggest that you try paying with another credit card.

12. What countries do you ship to?

At this time, we are only able to allow online orders for US and Canadian addresses  

13. How can I place an order for worldwide delivery outside the USA?

At this time, we are only able to allow direct online orders for USA and Canadian addresses. Should you wish to order an item to an international destination outside the USA or Canada, please contact us at customercare@yossiharari.com and we will be happy to arrange it. 
When you order jewelry for overseas delivery (i.e. not US or Canada) by contacting Yossi Harari customer service, you will be charged a flat delivery rate of $75 and you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied when the package with the jewelry arrives at the destination that you specified. You will be responsible for any charges for customs clearance, as Yossi Harari cannot control or foresee the amount charged (if any).

14. What are your shipping options, costs and delivery times?

All orders are usually processed within 3-5 days after they are received and shipped within 3-7 working days via complimentary free shipping (US or Canada). For any special orders, special sizes or out of stock items, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks processing time. 

15. For orders placed within the USA, do I need to pay Sales Tax?

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New Jersey at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of New Jersey state are not liable for sales tax.

16. For orders placed for overseas delivery, who is responsible for paying any local duties or taxes?

When you order jewelry for overseas delivery, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied when the package with the jewelry arrives at the destination that you specified. You will be responsible for any charges for customs clearance, as Yossi Harari cannot control or foresee the amount charged (if any). 

17. How is Yossi Harari Jewelry packaged when delivered?

All Yossi Harari Jewelry is delivered in our signature-branded jewelry boxes.

18. What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 7 days of the order date, accompanied by a sales receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. See question 3 below regarding items bought using Yossi Harari Gift cards.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and returned in the original packaging (Yossi Harari box and/or pouch). Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Custom orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable.  Deposits on custom orders are not refundable. The Yossi Harari Gift Cards are non-returnable

19. How do I make a return/exchange?

Yossi Harari offers free complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return from a US or Canadian address. Simply complete and use the return shipping label provided with your order and then drop off your package at the nearest FEDEXshipper location/arrange home pick-up (please refer to shipping label to confirm if the shipper is UPS or FEDEX) . Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.  For any additional help or international returns, please contact customercare@yossiharari.com . Please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of your return.

20. Can I return Yossi Harari Jewelry purchased using a gift card?

Yes, you can return Yossi Harari jewelry purchased using a gift card. For gift card returns, you will be issued a new gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned. If your original method of payment was a gift card, you will be issued a new gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned. If your original method of payment was a physical gift card, you will be mailed a new physical gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned to the original shipping address.

21. Can a gift recipient return Yossi Harari Jewelry?

If you have received an item from Yossi Harari as a gift you can, of course, return it for exchange. This must be done within the parameters outlined in this Return Policy.please contact customercare@yossiharari.com to arrange your return.

22. How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Returns will be processed within 3 weeks of receipt of your item(s) by Yossi Harari. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

23 My Yossi Harari jewelry order has arrived and is damaged/faulty. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Please contact us at customercare@yossiharari.com   to arrange any repairs. Please ship the order back within 7 days of receipt to avoid any delays or penalties.
